Most expeditions also include meals or partial meal plans, depending on the itinerary.
How physically demanding are the expeditions?
Most expeditions are suitable for beginners and active travelers with a basic level of fitness.
However, some experiences such as the Marlins & Cetaceans expedition in Magdalena Bay can be more physically demanding, with longer days at sea and changing ocean conditions.
